I am from India and I am a very poor woman and i have lots of issues like big nose, lose skin , lipoma, external hemriod before die I want to look good but I don't have money can help me for look good. In my family me and my old mother staying. My mom four shoulder dislocation and osteoarthritis. I have to take care of mom 24/7. So I can't work. I always pray to God when ever god take with me my mom. If you make me beautiful it's very great full to you. God always bless you and your family and term. Thanks

I disagree; in my opinion, she looks MUCH better after the surgery! Her profile looks younger, too. Her eyes look different only because the 'after' pic had no eye makeup (mascara).

Why would do that to your self you were perfect in hindu culture that nose is lucky and only most lucky person would have that parrot noise... Love your self. I used to be very under confident because I'm black then some thing changed my perspective now Im happy because I'm nelamegashyam.. It’s too extreme IMO. She does look like a different person. The goal of FL in 2024 is to look refreshed and vibrant. Not a totally new person. Just my opinion. As others have said, the 6 month update would be great!
